会员协议Membership Agreement

Morgan Business & Training Inc, DBA as MORGAN STOCK TALK, 摩根谈股票及其公司股东、雇员、顾问、有关商业合作伙伴（以下简称“公司”或“我们”）；你（以下称“你”）作为一个我们服务（以下简称“服务”）的订阅者，你订阅公司的会员服务。公司的会员服务包括有关股票、证券和证券市场的有关分析、评论和教学等内容。因你注册账户订阅我们的服务，你同意并接受如下协议内容。

  1. 你或注册成为我们的免费会员，享受我们的免费信息。
  2. 你注册后，或用信用卡付费购买我们的课程，购买每个课程都是一次性付费，不退款，我们特许你可以登录本网站一年内反复上课，成为我们的课程会员。
  3. 你注册后，或用信用卡付费，成为订阅我们服务的年会员；年会员一次预付一年费用，不退款。你的信用卡将存到我们的系统中，以后每年变成自动付款订阅，即每满一年时，我们的系统将自动提取你下一年的费用。你可以任何时间，在本平台上取消你的自动年度更新订阅；你也可以给我们发电子邮件取消自动年度更新订阅，为避免邮件丢失，你必须发两封同样邮件到service@morganstocktalk.com ；或者你打电话给你的信用卡公司年度取消自动年度更新订阅；你也可以打电话给我们取消自动年度更新订阅。你给我们邮件或打电话必须在更新付款日前的至少5个工作日，否则你就会自动多订阅一年。
  4. 我们和你的所有信息通信交流都遵守本协议。

  6. 我们的会员服务以娱乐、信息和培训为目的，不能被当作是投资或交易的建议。在我们平台上，及在我们和你的所有手段的通信中，我们对市场和证券的分析、投资组合的举例等信息，或有前瞻性预测、可能不准确，在任何情况下都不是投资建议。
  7. 我们网站的模拟投资组合模型的表现结果有一定的局限性。和实际的投资组合不一样，模拟投资组合模型不代表实际的交易，也不是实际被执行的交易。因为不是被实际执行的交易，就会有被高估或低估的情况，也会受市场多种因素影响，例如盘后交易量少的因素。它们不代表实际上哪个账户的盈利或亏损，它们纯粹是为娱乐的目的，在任何情况下它们都不是投资建议，不要根据它们做你的投资决定，你的投资交易决定你自己负责任。
  8. 你的任何投资损失，都与我们无关。你同意免除我们并同意放弃起诉我们的权力。本协议适用法律为美国德克萨斯州法律。
  9. 为保护我们的版权，你不能把我们的服务信息和材料转发、复制、印刷到不是我们相应会员的人或机构那里。
  10. 你在我们的网站平台，或我们一起分享的平台上，例如微信、电报等，你如果有违反其它公司或个人的版权，你自己全权负责，你同意免除我们的任何责任。
  11. 我们的服务是一种邀请和惠顾，不是你的权力，我们有权力在任何时间取消你的会员服务，取消你的会员服务时我们会给你发个电子邮件通知。你必须遵守我们的规定，尊重我们和其他会员，避免不礼貌的语言、辱骂、人身攻击，避免基于种族、性别及宗教的歧视性语言，一旦出现，我们会停止你的会员。我们停止你的会员时，会员费不退还，并且会拒绝你以后再次申请成为会员。在法律上，无论是在我们的平台上，还是其它我们你交流的平台上，例如微信、电报等，你都对你自己的言论和你的上传资料负全责。
  12. 你必须遵守你自己的本地行政区、或你本国、你所在国的有关加入我们会员的法律，这完全是你自己的责任。例如你本国、本州、本地，因你加入我们在美国德克萨斯州的会员，可能要向你收税，这种税赋完全是你自己的责任义务。
  13. 你已经十八(18)岁或更年长，可以全权行使你自己执行本协议的权力。
  14. 我们可以对本协议在没有通知你的情况下，进行更改，你同意并接受更改后的协议。

 
 
 

 

Membership Agreement

Morgan Business & Training, Inc., DBA as Morgan Stock Talk, and its officers, employees, consultants, and business affiliates (hereinafter is referred as the “COMPNAY” or “OUR” or “US” or “WE”), and you (hereinafter is referred as “YOU” or “YOUR”) as a subscriber, subscribe to the COMPANY’s membership service (hereinafter is called the “SERVICE”) which may contain analysis and comments and educational materials about the stocks, stock markets and or any other types of the securities.

By signing up to access to this website and subscribe the SERVICE, YOU automatically agree to these terms of service conditions.

  1. You may become a free subscriber or free member for some of our free services. Or
  2. You may pay us by credit card to subscribe to OUR stock market courses only and become a course subscriber or course member, and a course subscription is one time non-refundable payment, and COMPANY will give you a privilege to access the course for one year.
  3. You may pay us by credit card to subscribe to our annual membership SERVICE and become OUR annual membership subscriber, and the subscription is based on annual payment and will be automatically renewed on each anniversary date. Annual membership subscriptions are non-refundable and paid in advance. For the annual membership, YOU may cancel at anytime to avoid automatic renewal by sending US E-mails twice to service@morganstocktalk.com or go directly to your credit card company to cancel your annual renewal subscription there, or call us. Your cancellation email or call to us must be at least five business days prior to the renewal date or you will automatically subscribe for one more year.
  4. All communications with YOU are subject to this Agreement.
  5. Morgan Business & Training, Inc., DBA as Morgan Stock Talk, and its officers, employees, consultants, business affiliates, are not Investment Advisors and cannot give personal investment advice. Consult a professional when making investment decisions. WE may buy, sell or hold or trade around any securities mentioned at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for your own trades and investment decisions.
  6. This SERVICE is for informational, entertaining and educational purposes only and not to be considered as investment advice or trading advice. The COMPANY’s market and security analysis, or sample asset allocation models, or any information on our platform or in our communications with YOU may contain forward looking comments, and they may not be accurate either, in any case, they are not to be used for investment advice or trading advice.
  7. The performance results of the simulated models on this website have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity in the after-hour markets. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses to those shown. And the simulated models are for entertaining purpose only, in any case, they are not to be used for investment advice or trading advice.
  8. YOU agree to hold us harmless for any losses you may incur as a result of information, alerts, research, or any forms of communications associated with the SERVICE. YOU agree to waive the right to file lawsuits against us. In case of any disputes, the State of Texas jurisdictions shall be used.
  9. YOU are not to share, transfer, copy, publish any of our materials with any non-paying members or entities to protect our copyright.
  10. YOU are not to publish any materials in violating others’ copyrights on our platforms or on the platforms we share, it is fully your responsibility if you violate and you agree to keep us harmless.
  11. WE have the right to cancel your membership at any time with an E-mail notice if you violate any of our rules or conditions. This SERVICE is at our invitation to you and not a right, but a privilege to join. If you are disrespectful or use threatening tone we will cancel your subscription and your paid-membership fees will not be refunded, and you will be block from subscribing again. Please do not slander, curse, personal attack any other subscribers, and also please do not use discriminating language against any other subscriber based on race, gender and religion, while you are on our platform or on any other platform YOU and the COMPANY share such as but not limit to WeChat, Facebook, Telegram chat rooms. YOU are fully responsible legally for what you say and what you post, and hold US harmless in case of any legal claims against YOU because what YOU say on our platform or on any platform YOU and the COMPANY share.
  12. It is your full responsibility to abide by your local jurisdictions, or your country’s jurisdictions in regards to subscribing to our SERVICE. For instance, your country, or state or your district government may impose tax on you for you to subscribe to our membership, it is your full responsibility to such taxes.
  13. You are eighteen years or older and have full power and authority to enter into and execute these Terms of Service.
  14. This agreement may be updated at any time without prior notice and YOU agree to accept the updated ones.
